Dealer Order Information
Team Equine Saddle Pad Company (Team Equine LLC.) is a wholesale based company. You may place your retail sales orders with your local dealers. If no dealer is available in an area (City or State) we will carry the right to sell direct to retail customers at MSRP pricing plus shipping and handling fees as applicable. Our intention is not to sell around and or undercut our dealer network but to make our products available in all areas of the United States of America. We encourage our customers to use local dealers for orders or inquiries and believe that hardworking dealers will gain orders from there loyal customers.

Dealer Policies

  • Dealer Price Guide prices (In dealer Packet) are subject to change with-out notice.
  • Please note we will confirm pricing and approximate ship-out date at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders or service to anyone.
  • New dealers will be allowed to order our products by following our guide lines
    (contact us for details).
  • All shipping unless otherwise authorized is FOB Molalla, Oregon.
  • We ship product via UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or L.T.L. truck carriers.
  • We will not assume responsibility for damaged or lost shipments. Please contact your
    carrier if you request insurance.
  • Shipping & Handling fees will be charged at current market value.
  • We accept the following forms of payment at our discretion - Cash, Cashiers Check,
    Check, Credit Card (Authorized) or Money Orders.
  • All dealer orders are Net 30 Only (Unless other terms are approved and agreed upon) Otherwise any payments that our delinquent will be assessed a $5.00 dollar re-bill and 1.5% interest rate increase per statement.
  • Any dealer that is delinquent past 90 days will be subject and if needed pursued by a collections agency on behalf of Team Equine Saddle Pad Company (Team Equine LLC.)
    to the fullest extent of the law.
General Warranty and Return Policy
Team Equine Saddle Pad Company (Team Equine LLC.) makes every effort to satisfy the customer's needs. If however, problems arise that require the return of saddle pads or inserts, the following procedures will be implemented.
  • No products will be credited after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
  • Freight charges for return products must be prepaid.
  • You must call to obtain a return authorization number.
  • A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned products.
Team Equine Saddle Pad Company (Team Equine LLC.) disclaims responsibility for the misuse of
any product in this catalog or which we manufacture. Each Team Equine pad comes with washing instructions that must be followed. Please keep in mind some weaves and dyes in the blanket may "bleed" or "run". Best washing results are obtained when the instructions are followed. We will not
be responsible for damage caused by neglect or if the product is abused or misused.

Back Order Policy
Team Equine Saddle Pad Company (Team Equine LLC.) strives to keep an adequate supply of inventory to satisfy our in coming orders. However from time to time, inventory levels fall below demand, which require that certain items be put on backorder. A partial shipment of items in stock will be made to satisfy requirements of the customer (if requested). Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If the out-of-stock items are not shipped within 30 days of the original invoice date, the customer will be notified with an update of a possible ship date or to determine if an alternative color or design can be substituted. We cannot and will not assume any responsibility for shortages of products. If our suppliers discontinue a certain color or design of saddle blanket, or other products which we may use in manufacturing our saddle pads.
